We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Agent to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, efficient, and personalized experience throughout their stay. Your professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail will be key in creating memorable guest interactions and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update systems accordingly.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Support smooth front office operations and service excellence.
- Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in PMS / hotel systems (Opera, Protel, Micros, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail and service quality.
