We have an exciting opportunity for a Bartender to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Life is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Engage with guests to provide friendly and professional service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth bar operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude.
