Urbanspace is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our Accounts and Finance team. An attractive remuneration and incentive package will be offered to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Handle Final Accounts preparation
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Support budgeting, reporting and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company procedures
- Co-ordinate with management and other departments on financial matters
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Accounts & Finance, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in preparation of Final Accounts
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and communication skills
