Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, administrative activities and employee-related processes
- Support data management, reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR activities
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related field
- Strong interest in HR operations, HR systems and employee management
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good organisational, analytical and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms will be an added advantage
