Heyraa Construction is hiring Qualified Multi-Task Technicians (MEP) to attend to the electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance needs of our new Warehouse Village, ensuring smooth, safe facility operations around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Respond to technical breakdowns and emergencies.
- Maintain service records and schedules.
- Coordinate with external service providers when required.
- Support 24/7 facility operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NVQ or recognized technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or MEP.
- Relevant multi-skilled maintenance experience.
- Experience in warehouses/industrial/commercial facilities.
- Ability to work on a roster/shift basis.
