We Are Hiring: Infinity Care Executive.
Home Lands Group of Companies is hiring an Infinity Care Executive in Kahathuduwa. The Infinity Care Executive is responsible for coordinating and promoting property-related services for residents, ensuring proper service delivery, invoicing, payment collection and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide services for residents under the Infinity Care programme
- Arrange and supervise grass cutting and garden maintenance services
- Coordinate housekeeping services for houses and apartments when requested by residents
- Assist residents with tenant arrangements and related support services
- Promote Infinity Care services to residents and encourage service usage
Qualifications & Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and record keeping
- Ability to coordinate with service teams and residents
- Basic computer knowledge (Word / Excel / Email)
- Ability to promote and explain services to residents
