If you are organised, proactive and ready to grow with leadership exposure, this is the opportunity for you! ESOFT Group is looking for an Executive - Business Operations & Strategic Coordination to support the Group leadership team in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic projects, business initiatives and follow-ups for the Group leadership team
- Support senior management in meetings, presentations, reporting and business operations
- Liaise with local and international stakeholders, business partners and relevant teams
- Contribute to process improvement, digital transformation and new business opportunities
- Manage correspondence, appointments and documentation to ensure efficient coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, IT or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in business coordination, executive support, project operations or similar roles
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a strong interest in working with senior leadership
