Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of international marketing and sales strategies.
- Identify, develop, and penetrate new overseas markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at international events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Drive brand positioning, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Oversee and mentor the foreign sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- More than 10 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on foreign / international sales.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be a distinct advantage.
- A Degree in a relevant field; MBA will be an advantage.
- Willing and able to travel frequently to international markets.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive brand presence and sales growth across global markets.
