Be a part of a dynamic team and grow your career with Ceylon Business Appliances (CBA). We are hiring a Finance Executive - Payroll to process our monthly payroll accurately and on time, and to handle all statutory payroll requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within the required timelines
- Calculate basic salaries, allowances, overtime, incentives, deductions and other payroll components
- Handle EPF, ETF, PAYE/APIT and other statutory payroll-related calculations and submissions as applicable
- Prepare payroll reports, salary sheets, bank payment files and other payroll-related reports
- Verify attendance, leave, no-pay days, overtime and other payroll inputs before processing salaries
- Assist with payroll audits and provide required payroll documents and reports
- Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and applicable statutory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of payroll records
