Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Oversee daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Programming: Design, plan, and implement creative recreational and educational activities for different age groups.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and child protection guidelines.
- Leadership: Supervise and guide the Kids Club team to deliver engaging and memorable experiences.
- Coordination: Work with other departments to support family-friendly experiences and special events.
- Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the facilities and equipment.
- Guest Relations: Handle parent inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
- Administration: Monitor attendance, activity schedules, and inventory of materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in Kids Club operations, childcare, recreation management, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A passion for working with children and creating engaging activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child safety and first aid practices (added advantage).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
