Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations at construction sites
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and site inductions
- Coordinate with site teams on attendance, leave and labour matters
- Support compliance with company HR policies and labour laws
- Handle site HR administration and employee queries
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (preferably in construction or a related industry)
- At least a completed CCHRM or a minimum qualification in Human Resources
- Good knowledge of HR functions and labour compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
