This is a full-time, on-site role leading HR operations and administration, owning end-to-end recruitment and selection, and building the recruitment strategies that attract talent into a fast-paced business. Working days are Monday to Saturday. Mandatory: proven experience in recruitment and the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations and administration Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection Develop recruitment strategies and attract talent Manage onboarding, performance, leave and employee records Ensure HR policies, compliance and reporting Coordinate payroll, EPF/ETF and HR administration Support management and improve HR processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory: Proven experience in recruitment and the complete recruitment process Strong recruitment and talent-acquisition experience Sound knowledge of HR processes and employee relations Leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems Experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
What We Offer
Salary LKR 150,000 - 200,000 depending on experience and qualifications Join an Australian company with an established Sri Lankan operation Based in Colombo 03 Working days: Monday to Saturday Own the full HR function and shape recruitment strategy in a fast-paced business
