Job Overview
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, website, and other platforms.
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to deliver maximum ROI.
- Monitor/improve website performance, SEO, and content to drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate production with external agencies.
- Manage community interactions and collaborate with relevant influencers/digital partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management (preferably retail/lifestyle/hospitality).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or qualifications like CIM / SLIM.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, mercantile holidays, and weekends for events.
