Koddu Kalpitiya is a luxury boutique villa in Kalpitiya, offering guests a warm, personalised stay on Sri Lanka's north-western coast.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Commis I to join our growing kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to the villa's standards under the guidance of senior chefs
- Handle food preparation, portioning and presentation for guest meals
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage stock, storage and mise en place for each service
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis I or in a similar kitchen role
- Experience in boutique properties is an added advantage
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
- A dynamic, energetic team player
