The Guest Service Agent, Kids Club is responsible for creating a safe, fun and engaging environment for children while delivering exceptional care and hospitality. The role involves organising recreational activities, supervising children, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring a memorable experience for young guests while providing parents with peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children and ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment at the Kids Club
- Organise and conduct age-appropriate recreational, educational and creative activities
- Engage children through games, arts and crafts, storytelling and interactive experiences
- Ensure children are checked in and out in accordance with established safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the Kids Club facilities and equipment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities, needs and concerns
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support special activities and deliver an enjoyable guest experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education or recreational activities will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with children and parents
- A friendly, patient, caring and energetic personality
- Strong awareness of child safety, hygiene and supervision practices
- Ability to organise activities, work collaboratively and respond responsibly in a dynamic environment
