Union Assurance PLC is looking for a motivated Relationship Executive to join our Bancassurance team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Bancassurance products at partnered bank branches, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth in the Minuwangoda area.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Bancassurance products at partnered bank branches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful policy sales
- Provide accurate product information and guidance to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with the bank partner and internal teams to support smooth policy issuance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification; a diploma or degree in a related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in sales, banking, or insurance is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Willingness to travel and work within the Minuwangoda area
