We are hiring a Receptionist for our Piliyandala branch (Full Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents and visitors at the front desk
- Handle enquiries with a strong customer service orientation
- Support front office administration using basic computer skills
- Work during weekends as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- GCE (A/L) qualifications or a Diploma from a recognised institution, with basic computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both Sinhala and English (written and spoken) is essential
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a strong customer service orientation
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an added advantage
- Should be able to work during weekends
