Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
- Monitor performance using data and insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, external partners and agencies.
- Manage brand presence across digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content.
- Explore new digital trends and technologies to keep the brand ahead.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
- A Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing strategy, social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing and digital campaigns.
- Proven experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in handling high-end or premium brands will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, innovative and results-oriented mindset with a strong can-do attitude.
