Senior Executive - Collections & Recovery

• Follow up with customers to collect due and overdue payments in a timely manner
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding balances
• Monitor and update collection records and payment schedules
• Negotiate payment arrangements and recovery plans with customers when necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues
• Prepare and submit collection and recovery reports to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
• Assist in minimising bad debts and improving collection performance

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification; a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in collections, recovery, credit control or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve collection targets
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English and Sinhala
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage
• Immediate availability will be preferred
