Assistant Manager - Operations

• Coordinate sales operations and customer requirements
• Manage apartment handovers and pre-handover inspections
• Follow up on payment clearances and legal documents
• Coordinate project readiness and defect rectification
• Resolve customer concerns and post-handover requests
• Maintain records and prepare progress reports

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, customer service, property management, project coordination or apartment handovers
• Real estate or construction experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination and customer service skills
• Good reporting skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
