Join our team and maintain consistent product quality, food safety, and compliance throughout our production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily quality-control activities throughout the production process.
- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor moisture levels, aflatoxin controls, microbial limits, and product specifications.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and laboratory-test results.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions with Production.
- Ensure GMP and food-safety compliance and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of quality-control experience in food manufacturing or processing.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food-safety systems, and quality-control procedures.
- Understanding of moisture testing, aflatoxin controls, microbial limits, and sampling methods.
- Experience in laboratory testing, documentation, inspections, and audit preparation.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Age: Below 45 years
