QC Team Leader

• Perform quality checks for every job, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards
• Randomly inspect the work of Quality Checkers to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality protocols
• Create and maintain a daily Absence List for all QC staff and communicate with the QC Supervisor
• Communicate effectively with team members and production staff to maintain a smooth workflow
• Provide guidance and support to Quality Checkers to improve quality control processes
• Check the delivery plan to align quality checks with scheduled dispatches
• Monitor progress toward achieving production and quality targets, addressing any deviations promptly
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in quality control and propose solutions
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promptly report hazards and maintain a safe working environment
• Demonstrate professional behaviour, cooperation and respect toward other supervisors and the production team
• Perform any task assigned by your superior in an efficient, timely and professional manner
