We have an exciting opportunity for a charismatic and service-driven individual to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams as a Sales Advisor. Cinnamon Life is part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner and operator, with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts across Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for loyalty members, delivering a warm and personalized welcome at every interaction.
- Assist members with their needs, questions, and service bookings, ensuring exceptional and timely service.
- Build lasting relationships with members by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
- Promote benefits, experiences, and exclusive offerings to enhance member engagement.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to members.
- Maintain an elegant, professional presence in all member-facing environments.
- Assist in the execution of Insignia events and activations, offering on-site support and member engagement.
- Maintain accurate logs of member interactions, feedback, and service history.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in luxury hospitality or a private members' club.
- Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, confident, and polished approach to guest interaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and service standards.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills will be a distinct advantage.
