TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE (ELECTRICAL)

Monitor, operate, and maintain all electrical systems and equipment at Hiru Life Studio.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and attend to urgent electrical breakdowns.

• Maintain and monitor UPS systems AC Systems, generators, electrical distribution panels, DBs,

lighting systems, and related equipment.

• Assist with electrical installation,

• Supervise electrical contractors and service providers and ensure work is completed according to

required standards.

• Prepare and maintain electrical maintenance records, equipment logs, inspection reports, and

technical documentation.

• Ensure electrical work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures and

applicable safety standards.

• Support emergency maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted studio operations.

• Perform any other technical duties assigned by management

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• NVQ Level 4 or above in Electrical Engineering will be considered.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, building services, industrial

electrical systems, or a similar environment.

• Experience with UPS systems, generators, electrical distribution systems, control panels, DBs,

and building electrical services will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with contractors and service providers.
