As a Hostess at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience by greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring exceptional guest service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and coordinate table allocations efficiently
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Handle guest inquiries and assist with special requests
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a Hostess, Guest Relations, or Front Office role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage reservations and handle high guest volumes
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
