Are you passionate about Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way? Join us as an Assistant Manager - Compliance and Control and play a key role in strengthening governance, managing business risks and ensuring compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits to identify risks, control gaps, and cost-saving or cost-avoidance opportunities
- Support business units in identifying and mitigating risks while strengthening internal controls and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Assist in reviewing and improving business processes, procedures and control systems to enhance compliance and operational efficiency
- Monitor regulatory changes, compliance requirements and third-party risks, while supporting risk and compliance reporting
- Promote a strong risk and compliance culture through stakeholder collaboration, employee training, awareness initiatives and ongoing guidance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Full or partial qualification in CA or ACCA
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit or a related area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, interpret information and identify practical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity
- A proactive and continuous learning mindset, with an interest in staying up to date on regulatory developments, industry trends and compliance best practices
