We Are Hiring: Assistant Manager - Marketing.
Lenzing Lanka Group (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Marketing to join its team in Minuwangoda.
The Opportunity: Lead marketing initiatives, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company's marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development
- Contribute to sustainable business growth
- Travel for business where required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Manufacturing or B2B experience is an advantage
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for business, where required
