Finance Director

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to define long-term business goals and provide financial modeling to support international expansion.
• Change Management: Lead the finance department through digital transformation, process optimization, and organizational restructuring to improve agility.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee all financial reporting, tax planning, treasury, and audit functions, ensuring total compliance with international standards.
• Risk & Governance: Develop robust risk management frameworks and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions.
• Team Empowerment: Mentor and scale a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or "Head of" capacity.
• Professional Credentials: Must be a Chartered Accountant and a current member of the ACCA (or equivalent professional body).
• Leadership Mastery: Proven track record of managing large, diverse teams and influencing stakeholders at the Board level.
• Change Agent: Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives, such as ERP implementations or post-merger integrations.
