As a Contact Center Agent - Guest Services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by handling guest inquiries, reservations, and requests through our contact center, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the Cinnamon brand of warmth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, hotel services, and facilities.
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and promotions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.
- Maintain call records and update guest information in the system accurately.
- Meet individual and team targets, including call handling metrics.
- Support a 24-hour call center operation with flexibility for shift work.
- Ensure a positive guest experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
