Executive - Quality Engineer

• Drive quality assurance activities across NPD, DFMEA, trials, MPT and commercialisation
• Ensure NPD specifications, standards and critical quality controls are validated and implemented
• Conduct internal process audits and drive timely closure of audit findings and CAPAs
• Monitor quality performance indicators, QLI, COPQ and daily quality data
• Lead MNCR, CAPA and non-conformity management, including supplier quality issues
• Support quality improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 5S and best-practice implementation
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark product quality
• Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Ensure quality systems, processes and reports are maintained accurately and effectively
• Build multi-functional capability and provide quality support across different product categories

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in injection moulding or a similar manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of injection moulding, moulds, plastic materials, masterbatches and Quality Management Systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
• Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and drive continuous improvement
