- 📅 3 DAYS PER WEEK
- 🗓️ 12 WORKING DAYS PER MONTH
Qualifications & Requirements
- Senior-level professional with strong leadership experience
- Proven background in sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent people management skills with experience managing a team
- Understanding of business purpose and organizational mission
- Strong decision maker with the ability to lead, plan and drive results
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Ability to motivate, mentor and develop teams for high performance
