General Manager – Sales Operations & Administration

Home Lands Group is looking for a General Manager – Sales Operations & Administration to drive sales performance and strengthen team accountability. In this senior role you will oversee daily sales activity, track targets and forecasts, review team and manager performance, and brief senior management, while mentoring sales teams and coordinating training to build a high-performing, results-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales visits and sales calls
- Follow up on individual and team targets
- Manage sales dashboards and forecasts
- Track event leads and customer follow-ups
- Review daily sales and managers' progress reports
- Brief senior management on performance
- Mentor teams and coordinate training
Qualifications & Requirements
- More than 10 years of sales experience
- At least 5 years at Sales Manager level or above
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- MBA will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical and reporting skills
