Join the team at The Den 23 by Densu (Pvt) Ltd as a Commis Chef (Commis I / II). We are looking for a skilled and passionate culinary professional to support our kitchen operations and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
- Prepare ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting and cooking as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen workstation at all times.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene and safety procedures.
- Support senior chefs and kitchen staff during service to ensure timely, quality output.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of ingredient shortages.
- Assist with receiving, storing and rotating kitchen stock and supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Commis I or Commis II level.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar job role.
- Male or Female preferred.
- Applicant's age should be between 20-30 years.
