ESOFT, Sri Lanka's largest private sector higher education network, is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Lecturer - Information Technology to join our Kiribathgoda branch. The successful candidate will work within a team environment to achieve set goals, delivering high-quality IT education to our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver daily academic coursework for IT programs at the Kiribathgoda branch
- Plan, prepare, and conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Information Technology
- Manage time effectively to meet teaching and administrative deadlines
- Deliver engaging presentations and communicate course material effectively to students
- Support the achievement of academic goals set by the institute
- Work independently with minimum supervision, including during weekend sessions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or equivalent Professional qualification from a recognized University / Professional body in the field of IT
- Prior teaching experience would be preferable
- Excellent time management and presentation/communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willingness to work during weekends
