The Den 23 by Densu (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented individual to join our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Provide outstanding customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and front office documentation.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall stay and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Reception, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, and hotel booking systems).
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
