Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, is Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. As a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka, we have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Human Resources (Administration) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of colleague personal files and HR records by ensuring documents are accurately filed and updated.
- Perform HR data entry and updates related to attendance, leave, and employee movements.
- Assist in preparing standard HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmations, and routine correspondence.
- Support probation and confirmation tracking by maintaining trackers and following up on pending documentation.
- Compile basic HR data and assist in the preparation of routine reports under the guidance of the HR team.
- Support HR audits, compliance activities, and internal checks by gathering required documents and records.
- Respond to basic HR administrative queries and direct complex matters to the relevant HR Executive or Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role, preferably within a service-oriented or hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work effectively as part of a team.
