Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project installation plans before commencement based on site readiness, material availability, manpower, subcontractor capacity and agreed timelines
- Coordinate with Project Engineers to monitor progress and update plans where delays, site issues or resource constraints arise
- Prepare weekly and medium-term manpower and subcontractor allocation plans to ensure effective resource utilisation
- Prepare and maintain monthly project handover plans and provide regular updates during operational meetings
- Follow up on material availability, shipping schedules and site readiness to support timely project mobilisation
- Prepare weekly, monthly and management reports covering project progress, manpower utilisation, handovers, delays, inspections, collections and financial performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in STEM
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in elevator, MEP, construction or engineering project environments would be an advantage
- Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of project cost, profitability and financial forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems would be an advantage
