Heyraa Construction is establishing Sri Lanka's first Warehouse Village, a state-of-the-art facility set to become a new benchmark in logistics, storage and operational excellence. We are looking for an experienced Head of Warehouse Operations & Coordination to lead and oversee all aspects of this new warehouse village, ensuring smooth, safe and efficient operations from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate overall warehouse village operations.
- Oversee warehouse, administration, maintenance and safety.
- Ensure smooth receiving, storage and dispatch operations.
- Establish SOPs, KPIs and operational controls.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure ERP-based processes and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Experience in large-scale warehousing/industrial operations.
- ERP experience will be an advantage.
