Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations, including accounting and reporting
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, revenue and expenditure
- Ensure statutory, regulatory and tax compliance
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Guide and develop the finance team
Qualifications & Requirements
- CA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and compliance
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems
