We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented Purchasing Manager to lead our purchasing operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of Lands, construction materials, equipment, and site services for ongoing projects and initiate new projects.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supplier agreements to achieve cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery and smooth project progress.
- Monitor procurement budgets, inventory levels, and material usage to control costs and avoid shortages.
- Obtain quotations, conduct supplier evaluations, and prepare comparative reports for approvals.
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
