We are looking for an experienced Manager - Training & Development to plan and lead training for our staff and sales teams across our branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly training plans
- Train staff and sales teams on products, processes and service standards
- Mentor new sales employees during their first 3 months
- Develop improvement plans for poor performers
- Implement personal development programmes
- Conduct branch training and assess training effectiveness
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Management, Education or a relevant field
- Professional qualification in Training & Development is mandatory
- MBA will be an added advantage
- 5-7 years of Training & Development experience
- At least 2 years at Assistant Manager or Manager level
- Sales background will be an added advantage
- Strong training, presentation and coaching skills
- Ability to travel and conduct training at branches
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is mandatory
- Ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage

Location & Compensation
- Location: Colombo, Western (with travel to branches)
- Salary: Negotiable
