Tritech Engineers (Pvt) Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified, leading engineering and construction company specialising in Civil, Mechanical and MEP turnkey contracting. We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor - Civil / Mech Tendering & Billing to join our team.
You will be responsible for Quantity Surveying duties in the QS Department, including preparing BOQs and cost estimates for civil and steel structural building projects, with a focus on Tendering & Billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Quantity Surveying duties within the QS Department
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for civil and steel structural building projects
- Handle tendering and billing for civil and structural building-related projects
- Take off measurements from AutoCAD drawings
- Liaise with clients, consultant representatives, suppliers and contractors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Visit sites and attend meetings as and when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc (QS) / NVQ / NIBM or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Tendering / Billing for civil and structural building-related projects
- Good communication skills with peers, client / consultant representatives, suppliers and contractors
- Good oral and written communication ability in English
- Good speed in Word and Excel, with the ability to read and measure from AutoCAD drawings
- Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision and to deadlines
- Good record keeping, with willingness and interest in learning
- A valid driving licence for motorbike / vehicle will be considered an asset
