The ideal candidate will be a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently with minimum supervision. Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence efficiently
- Manage documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities under pressure
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Work beyond normal working hours when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar secretarial, administrative or coordination role
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and work under pressure
- Willingness to work beyond normal working hours when required
- Professional attitude, reliability and a high level of discretion
- Female candidates, below the age of 35
