We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, dynamic and hardworking individuals to join our Fixed Deposit Operations Department at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking and approving scanned documents uploaded to the system
- Checking savings account related documents and verifying transactions in the system
- Processing and transferring interest payments
- Issuing visa letters, balance confirmations and WHT confirmations
- Verifying FD & Wakalah accounts in the system
- Preparing documents for placement fees
- Handling walk-in customers
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in fixed deposit operations in a reputed licensed finance company or bank
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing new deposit products would be an added advantage
- Literacy in IT and MS Office packages preferred
- Experience in handling the Scienter System will be an advantage
