We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams in the capacity of Sales Support Associate. Cinnamon Life is part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner and operator with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Cinnamon Life's premium membership programs to guests and prospective clients.
- Confidently engage with walk-in guests, event attendees, and target audiences to explain the benefits of the membership.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and handle objections effectively to close deals.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Track daily sales performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent the Cinnamon Life brand with professionalism and energy at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer engagement roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals across various backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- A confident, outgoing personality with a professional and polished presence.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
