Cinnamon Bentota Beach is hiring a Team Leader - Front Office. The Team Leader will assist the Assistant Manager Front Office and supervise the day-to-day operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Manager Front Office and supervise the day-to-day operations of the department
- Supervise and support team members in their work
- Coordinate receptionist and desk duties
- Handle complaints according to SOPs
- Ensure smooth operations and that the highest possible service is delivered in a friendly and professional manner, aiming to exceed guests' expectations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences
- Front office experience with the ability to supervise and support a team
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally according to SOPs
