We are hiring a CMU Officer / Executive to monitor our customer complaints system, coordinate timely resolutions and keep customers informed every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the CMU system and track customer complaints
Coordinate with departments for timely resolution
Call customers for clarification and progress updates
Follow up and escalate overdue cases
Prepare reports and analyse complaint trends
Train staff on CMU system usage

Qualifications & Requirements

Customer service and complaint-handling experience
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Analytical background will be an advantage
Proficiency in Excel and computer-based systems
Relevant diploma or degree preferred
Fluency in Sinhala and English; Tamil is an advantage
