Junior Executive - Finance

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments and other financial adjustments
• Execute monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes accurately and within stipulated deadlines
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports and variance analyses
• Ensure the accurate recording, classification and reporting of income, expenses, assets and liabilities
• Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, provisions and other general ledger accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audit activities and financial performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and internal control procedures

• A complete qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
• Part-qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification
• A minimum of six months' internship experience in Finance; exposure to the FMCG industry will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation
