We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (Water Supply Projects).
ABC Trade & Investments (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for water supply projects, based at our Head Office in Rajagiriya.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit tender documents, including BOQs, cost estimates and rate analysis for water supply projects
- Handle interim and final billing, measurement sheets and payment certifications
- Verify quantities as per drawings, specifications and contract conditions
- Prepare and evaluate variations, claims and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and ensure works are executed within the approved budget
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, payments and cost reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in water supply (pipe laying, treatment plant) and utility infrastructure projects
- Sound knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation and billing for water supply works
- Familiarity with standard contract conditions (ICTAD / FIDIC preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and quantity take-off software (if applicable)
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
