Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative operations, policies, procedures, and support services, while providing comprehensive sales administration and operational support.
- Manage company facilities, premises, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and office infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional workplace.
- Supervise transport operations, vehicle fleet management, fuel utilization, maintenance, and logistics activities to support business operations.
- Oversee company printing services, stationery procurement, office supplies, inventory management, and administrative records.
- Plan and coordinate company events, corporate functions, and special programs, liaising with internal teams and external service providers to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Administration, with at least 1 years in a managerial.
- Experience in facilities, transport, security, and office management will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
